A$AP Rocky Talks About His Girlfriend Rihanna And New Documentary

He loves her a lot.

Rapper A$AP Rocky‘s new documentary Stockholm Syndrome premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and he says he feels ‘truly blessed’ to have the support of his girlfriend, Rihanna.

A$AP Rocky recently spoke to Entertainment Online on the red carpet ahead of the premiere of his documentary Stockholm Syndrome. A reporter asked Rocky about how it was like to have Rihanna’s support, to which he replied saying that he is ‘truly blessed’ to have her support-

“It’s important having that support in real life, you know? It’s amazing and I’m honestly truly blessed, for real.”

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna are believed to have been dating since last year after Rihanna split with her Saudi Arabian boyfriend, Hassan Jameel, a businessman, who is also a billionaire. Rocky confirmed that he was dating Rihanna after months of mounting rumors, calling her ‘love of my life’

A$AP Rocky looked dapper at the Tribeca Film Festival, donning a well-tailored, double-breasted suit. Rocky styled off his look with a classic white shirt for the black suit, a thick pearl necklace around his neck, and a black tie with white dots.

A$AP Rocky’s documentary Stockholm Syndrome revolves around Rocky’s life and the time he had to do at a Swedish prison for an incident on the streets of Stockholm, between him, his entourage and two unknown men. The ensuing case landed him a two-year suspended sentence.

A$AP Rocky’s documentary will also feature some notable names, such as rapper and longtime friend Tyler The Creator, Kim Kardashian and Naomi Campbell. In fact, these three were some of the people who vocally advocated Rocky’s release from the Swedish prison in 2019.

When asked why he felt like he needed to make a documentary about his life, A$AP Rocky responded saying –

“I think making a documentary is all about vulnerability. The documentary is all about showing honesty, authenticity, purity. I just wanted to tell my story without really complaining or without, you know, seeming like a victim, or like I wanted a pity party or what not. So, here it is.”

Stockholm Syndrome premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on July 13 – it’s not up for streaming on any popular streaming website you might know of, but tickets to stream it in the US from July 14 onwards can be bought from the Tribeca website.
