Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Divorce Case Takes Another Twist, Fans Shocked

Another accusation???

Angelina Jolie accused ex-husband Brad Pitt of “Domestic violence”

On March 12, Angelina Jolie submitted new documents to the court in the legal case of her divorce from Brad Pitt, which claims that Jolie has proof and authority in support of domestic violence charges against ex-husband Brad Pitt. The 45-years-old actress is all ready to testify against her ex-husband in the upcoming court trial, and so are her six kids, according to the reports.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt started dating back in 2004 and got married in 2014. They have six children together, twins Knox and Vivienne, 12; Shiloh, 14; Zahara, 16; Pax, 17 and Maddox, 19. However, the famous couple of Hollywood got divorced just two years after their marriage in 2016 due to “irreconcilable differences,” and since then, both of them are stuck in the legal fight.

And now the case has taken a big turn after Jolie accused Pitt of domestic violence. A source close to Pitt told US Weekly, “Over the past four and a half years there have been a number of claims made by Angelina that have been reviewed and not substantiated, the children have been used by Angelina to hurt Brad before and this is more of that behaviour. This leaking of documents by her fourth or fifth set of lawyers has been done to hurt Brad.”

Angelina Jolie has previously also accused Brad Pitt of child abuse, and soon after that, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Child and Family Services started their investigation against the claims, which were later confirmed to be not substantiated, and Pitt was cleared of the accusation.

While speaking to GQ cover story in 2017, Pitt said: “I was really on my back and chained to a system when Child Services was called. And you know, after that, we’ve been able to work together to sort this out,” he said. “We’re both doing our best. I heard one lawyer say, ‘No one wins in court—it’s just a matter of who gets hurt worse.’ And it seems to be true, you spend a year just focused on building a case to prove your point and why you’re right and why they’re wrong, and it’s just an investment in vitriolic hatred. I just refuse. And fortunately, my partner in this agrees. It’s just very, very jarring for the kids, to suddenly have their family ripped apart.”

Another source told ET on Wednesday: “This is just another case of Angelina changing the narrative when it suits her. Aside from the one accusation that she made in 2016 that was investigated and dismissed, there have never been any other records, police reports, or even accusations until it suited her case.” The source continued, “No one else knows what she might say now, but that background is important.”
