Angelina Jolie attended the 16th Rome Picture Festival presentation of her new Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Eternals, with her two daughters on Sunday night.
According to Donatella Versace’s Instagram post, Jolie looked like a “goddess” as she walked the red carpet in a strapless metallic silver Versace gown with a little train that conformed to her figure. Jolie completed her look with a pair of huge silver earrings that contrasted with her hair’s long straight strands.
Zahara Jolie Pitt, 16, was by her side, dressed in a white Grecian-style dress with gold straps framing her décolletage and her hair swept up with a white pin on one side. And Shiloh Jolie Pitt, who is only 15-years-old, donned a black knee-length dress with her hair up and some casual yellow animal print boots.
It’s not the first time Angelina Jolie’s daughters, Zahara and Shiloh have accompanied her to a Marvel film premiere.
At the film’s Los Angeles premiere last week, the duo were joined by their other siblings, Maddox, 20, and Vivienne and Knox, 13, who sported looks directly from Jolie’s closet.
Zahara Jolie Pitt donned a Elie Saab gown to the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood for the premiere of Eternals. Angelina, 46, wore the same gown to the 2014 Academy Awards, and they both looked stunning in the glitzy gown.
Shiloh, on the other hand, wore a tan, asymmetric outfit similar to her mother’s to the French Apidology Observatory, where she honoured eight female beekeepers with diplomas as part of the “Women for Bees” project.
Angelina Jolie talked to ET’s Nischelle Turner about how her daughters and sons dressed up for the premiere in a combination of her outfits and other antique ensembles.
“My kids are all mixed with vintage, and in my old Oscars dress. We did all vintage and upcycled my old stuff,” Jolie said of her and her children’s red carpet appearances.
Regarding her children’s reactions to the film, Jolie stated, “Honestly, they all loved it,” while Hayek stated that her daughter “thinks it’s the best superhero movie she’s ever seen.”
Jolie noted that this was an unique film in which she felt her entire family was portrayed, including adopted children from all over the world.
“What I’ve learned within my family is that we are stronger because we are a diverse family,” she explained. “That is what makes our family and what we’ve learned from each other, and I wouldn’t want it any other way and I so I’m so happy that people around the world will watch this film and I’m hoping this is just the new norm.”
Eternals will be released in theaters on November 5, 2021. Chloé Zhao directs the film, which is produced by Kevin Feige.
