Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had, to say the least, shocked the world with their decision to stray away from the life of Royalty and live independently with their 1-year old son Archie. Having shifted to L.A, three months ago, the family is living the quarantine life with their son all set to take his first steps.
The couple has yet to find their ‘dream’ home and is living as guests in Tyler Perry’s huge $18M mansion for the time being. While the ex-royals continue their hunt for a house, the son, Archie is said to be enjoying and loving life in L.A. According to Katie Nicholl, a royal expert who recently spoke to Entertainment Tonight, Little Archie “is just about walking”. “He’s a very happy little boy, he’s loving life in L.A. and they are still staying at Tyler Perry’s house. I’m told they haven’t found their forever home yet; they’re still looking.”
“They really do love that family time and they’ve had a lot of that recently,” she added. “They both feel very grateful for that time they’ve had at home with Archie, watching him achieve all of those milestones.”
While all is good on Archie’s front, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry who now need to support their family after the split from the Royal Family are finding new ways of funding. In March this year, the famous couple announced their move to close down their royal charity, Sussex Royal Charity and have signed the relevant paperwork to do so. Following this move, in April, the ex-royals announced their new charity called Archewell.
“As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute. While you may not see us here, the work continues,” Wrote Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in their last post for the Royal Charity. “Thank you to this community–for the support, the inspiration and the shared commitment to the good in the world. We look forward to reconnecting with you soon. You’ve been great! Until then, please take good care of yourselves, and of one another.”
With the solitude time during this pandemic, according to a source, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship seems to be thriving with their son Archie. The little family is now taking their time away from the royal commitments to realise their own goals.
