Bella Hadid is in Paris for haute couture week after taking an extended break from social media to focus on her mental health in a bid to “reflect and learn” about herself.
In the City of Love amid the pandemic, the supermodel is doing the best that she does, setting trends for 2021 by stepping out in chic ensembles.
Showing off her sense of style in a head-to-toe camel, Bella donned a corduroy blazer coat with matching wide-leg trousers, a khaki-hued jacket by Brixton, and a white button-down blouse. The monochromatic outfit mirrored one worn recently by the great Rihanna, who wore a similar loosely buttoned skin-baring top.
Completing her look, Hadid wore rectangular-framed black sunglasses, a face mask to match her jacket, and carried a chic black leather shoulder bag from By Far.
While corduroy suit may sound like the ’70s, the fabric’s triumphant and stylish return is observed on the catwalks over the past few seasons. The fabric is one of the most comfortable ways to add some texture and colour to your winter style.
Before arriving at her hotel, Bella Hadid dressed down, keeping warm in a black Prada puffer coat and knee-high boots by Ganni. Around her neck, she also wore a colorful long knit scarf and a pair of gloves with colorful swirls on them, which added a pop of contrast to her outfit.
She carried a large Chrome Hearts leather bag and a black face mask to match her outfit.
After returning to social media last week, Bella Hadid revealed the reason behind disconnecting from the virtual world to connect with herself.
“I took some time away to reflect and learn about myself in a way that would be too much to explain at the moment, but with time I will express,” Bella wrote to her 38 million Instagram followers.
“The memories and fortune I came back with are pure wisdom, a closer relationship with myself & my spirituality, a sense of self-love that I have always lacked, a few great friends, and these books that saw me through. I found myself, my strength, and my light again,” she continued. “Thank you to my angels who have supported and have continued to love me, for me. You saved me. Take time to get help for your mental health. It’s worth it to get to your full potential.”
