This weekend, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez spent time with their children. The much-talked-about pair walked out in Los Angeles on Saturday, appearing relaxed for a family movie date at the Regency Theater.
Before being brought inside the cinema to watch Licorice Pizza, the pair walked hand-in-hand to the Saturday showing, cuddling close to each other. Jen’s twins, Emme and Max, 13, and Ben’s children, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9, trailed them closely. Violet, Affleck’s 16-year-old daughter who also joined the gang, is shared with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The Mary Me actress donned ripped jeans and a multi-colored flowery pullover, which she matched with classic khaki Timberland boots. Jen completed the appearance with a purple face mask and a half-up, half-down ‘do on her long hair.
Ben wore a black jean jacket over a checkered shirt and a graphic t-shirt to keep things casual. Black pants, sunglasses, sneakers, and a white face mask completed the off-duty appearance for The Last Duel star.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez holiday plans were revealed to ET.
The couple is “still planning on spending Christmas together and are wanting to make it as special as possible for the kids,” according to a source who spoke to ET earlier this month.
While the couple, who originally dated in the early 2000s and rekindled their romance earlier this year, doesn’t “know exactly what they will be doing yet,” a source says that “they want all the kids to be together for the holiday if possible and do something just the two of them as well.”
According to the insider, “Ben is planning something special as a Christmas gift for Jennifer,” while Lopez is “excited” since she “has always loved Christmas and cannot wait to spend it with Ben.”
Recently, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s children have spent a lot more time together. Jennifer travelled back to Los Angeles from Canada last month after filming a movie, and spent Thanksgiving with both her and Ben’s families.
A source close to Jen told E! News, “Jennifer was very excited to come home and spend Thanksgiving with Ben. [Ben’s] mom joined them and they had a lot of low-key family time with both of their families together.”
“Jennifer enjoys the holidays,” the source stated, “and this was her first since she and Ben have been back together. She wanted to make it special for him and for the kids and to start new traditions.”
