Bruce Willis Daughter Scout Solves Mystery Of Why The Actor Is Quarantining With Ex-Demi Moore

“It’s actually been really cool”

In these days of quarantining, there usually isn’t much out there to distract ourselves from our constant worrying about the coronavirus pandemic. So, when actress Demi Moore’s Instagram account began brimming with cute pictures of her daughters quarantining together with ex-husband, Bruce Willis, people were naturally trying to look past their matching striped pajamas to decode why the Die Hard actor isn’t self-isolating with his wife, Emma Heming. Well, truth is, the current scenario wasn’t at all planned, as revealed by Bruce’s daughter Scout Willis.

So, as their current living situation goes, Bruce’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, is in Los Angeles with their two young daughters, Mabel, 8, and Evelyn, 5, and the former couple, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have been quarantining together with their three daughters — Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 26 in Idaho.

And while there have been speculations of trouble brewing between Bruce and Emma, the actual plan was for Emma to join the former couple in Idaho with her daughters and in her appearance on the Dopey podcast, Scout Willis revealed the simple reason behind why it could not happen.

“It’s been so funny because to me they’re just like, my super f**king weird parents, but to everyone else, they’re at this different level,” Scout shared, adding that “it’s actually been really cool”.

She explained that her stepmom was all ready to join them and Bruce Willis in Idaho but her young stepsister Evelyn, entranced by the hypothermic needles she found in a park in L.A. “actually tried to poke her shoe with it and poked her foot.”

“So my stepmom had to be in LA waiting to get the results from taking her to the doctor so my dad came up here and then travel got crazy so my stepmom stayed in LA with my little sisters,” Scout shared.

“It’s been really funny to have both of my parents in the house where they raised us, which has been really cute,” Scout continued. “They’re both such nerdy, adorable, 90s parents in a small town where they chose to have their kids and not be in LA. It’s been pretty cute. It’s some divine timing too, of getting this much time to hang out with them.”

Meanwhile, the family fun continues!

Recently, Demi Moore shared another picture of family night done right on her Instagram where she, her daughters, along with Bruce Willis can be seen bent over paintings they were doing, with serious expressions and deep concentration.

“Family paint night 🎨,” Moore captioned the post.
