Christina Haack and Ant Anstead’s Newport Beach mansion was recently listed for sale at the price of $6 million. Christina bought the Orange County property at the cost of $4.1 million in 2018. She has also upgraded the residence by taking inspiration from the ‘modern farmhouse theme’ that includes high and raised ceilings with exposed rafters.
The living area and dining room are covered with hardwood floors. The mansion contains a breakfast bar, a living room, and a wine rack. The kitchen includes a metal hood and cabinetry with marble countertops. The ceiling consists of skylights and windows that let in plenty of fresh air and sunlight to space. The main bedroom has French glass doors and a luxurious suite. The mansion also has a steam room and a studio space. There is a large swimming pool with a water slide at the backside of the home.
The house was listed on sale on Monday, April 5 with realtor Troy Howard of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties.
The size of the home is 4,804-square-foot and contains five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
“I’m speechless,” Anstead said in a clip. Haack replied, “It truly is amazing.” Anstead also added, “I love when we’re all here together with our noise, our mess, our family.”
Ant Anstead and Christina Haack welcomed their son named Hudson in 2019. Anstead also shares two children with his ex-wife. A daughter named Amelie, 16, and a son Archie, 14.
Christina Haack also shares a son named Brayden James, 5, and a daughter named Taylor Reese, 9, with her ex-husband and Flip or Flop costar, Tarek El Moussa.
Christina Haack and Ant Anstead decided their separation in September 2020.
“Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other, and as always, our children will remain our priority,” Haack wrote in an Instagram post. “We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for our family and us as we navigate the future.”
“Since our baby boy came into our lives, our home has become clutter city,” Christina wrote in an Instagram post in 2019, “especially my pantry and closet…. if you want to see how bad it was before… it’s scary… Thank you, @doneanddonehome, for dialing these areas for me. I have found so many things I forgot existed, and I feel happy when I look in these areas now.”
In November 2020, Haack filed for divorce and asked for joint custody of her and their son Hudson. Earlier she sold her Yorba Linda home that she shared with her ex-husband named Tarek El Moussa.
