Dax Shepard and Monica Padman had an amazing conversation with Jimmy Kimmel
Recently, the ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast co-hosts Dax Shepard and Monica Padman appeared together on the ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ and talked to the host about various things. The episode was full of laughter and sharing memories. During their conversation, Dax tried to explain to the host Jimmy Kimmel about his closeness with Monica, and while doing that he even joked about Monica Padman being the third wheel in his and Kristen Bell’s marriage.
This began when Padman revealed that she has recently gifted Shepard a calendar that featured random male body parts for every month, which led Jimmy to ask his guests Dax Shepard and Monica Padman, about their working relationship with each other. “Absolutely, we’re in a three-way marriage,” Monica joked. “Well, we were in a three-way marriage.” Following this, the host asked if she meant this in a se**** way to which she hilariously replied, “Not yet.” Dax joined her, saying, “Unfortunately not. It’s all the responsibilities of two wives without the s**.”
Dax Shepard and Monica Padman also revealed that they including Kristen Bell are so close to each other, that at the beginning of the pandemic, Padman was living with Dax and Kristen since the two co-hosts had to manage their podcast together. However, Monica’s “live in” with Sephard came to an end pretty soon. “It hit critical mass a month in because Kristen ‘got COVID,'” Monica jokingly said while using air quotes. “We thought”. “So, she was in her room quarantining on her own. At the same time, Dax broke his hand—couldn’t make food, couldn’t help with anything” she explained.
“And then I was there like, ‘Oh, I have to take care of all of these children while they’re [Dax and Kristen] on vacation,'” Monica continued. “Okay…Bye!” Monica ended this story with a hilarious punch line, “Like many marriages in quarantine, ours ended in divorce” she said.
Dax got a new role on the small screen
The ‘Bless This Mess’ star Dax Shephard, however, have a piece of great news for his fans. The 46-year-old actor has recently landed a role in Disney+Hotstar’s fab fish-out-of-water sitcom. The plot of the comedy series includes the life of a city couple who moves out to nowhere when they inherit a farmhouse from a distant relative. The series is produced by the ‘New Girl’ producer and is fun to watch.
