Dua Lipa attended the 2021 Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday, where she was accompanied by some of the biggest figures in entertainment and fashion industry. Lipa was among the several celebrities that walked the red carpet.
Maximilian created a black monochrome outfit for the “Levitating” vocalist. In comparison to her regular red carpet ensembles, the number was more toned down. She posed for shots in a straight-cut dress that fanned out slightly at the floor-length hem, proving that less is more.
Dua Lipa’s outfit for the Fashion Awards was completed with a black crepe fabric necklace that she wore around her neck, opting for minimal accessories. She wore her choker with long sleeves that reached her hands and mirrored the silhouette of her dress.
We weren’t able to see her shoes, so we’re guessing stilettos or platform sandals. Dr. Martens boots, Jimmy Choo heels, knee-high Paris Texas boots, chunky sneakers, and Versace platforms are among her fashionable footwear options.
Dua Lipa wore a pair of pink metallic sky-high platform shoes out for the Fashion Awards in September.
The peep-toe heels included a 3-inch front base and strappy uppers.
Her makeup was kept basic by makeup artist Lisa Eldridge in order to highlight the bottom eyeliner, which acted as an effortlessly cool splash of colour. Her long, dark hair (styled by Luke Hersheson) was left down in beautiful center-parted waves, giving the appearance a hint of dark elegance. Lipa chose a classic red manicure from nail expert Michelle Humphrey for her nails.
Eldridge, who is well-known for both her YouTube channel and her cosmetics line, created a breathtaking makeup look for Lipa that emphasised her natural beauty while also incorporating whimsical aspects.
Eldridge used a soft matte face, light blush and contour, a rosy neutral lip, and a smoky, purple-toned lower lash line as the focal point.
The British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards honour international and rising fashion talent while also raising funds. The event will remember the late Virgil Abloh with one of the Leaders of Change, Creativity Awards, alongside designers Alessandro Michele, Demna Gvasalia, Kim Jones, and Jonathan Anderson, and will be hosted by Billy Porter and produced in collaboration with TikTok. Tommy Hilfiger, Nensi Dojaka, Stella McCartney, Gabriela Hearst, and Telfar Clemens were among the other award winners on the night.
