Cardi B has revealed some information about Halle Berry.
On Thursday, the “I Like It” rapper reminisced about first meeting the Catwoman actress while working on Berry’s film Bruised, which will be released on Netflix later this month.
The soundtrack, which comprises all female hip-hop artists, was co-executive produced by Cardi. In honour of the collaboration, Cardi B and Halle Berry got down for a segment dubbed 5 Rounds, in which they quizzed each other about some “spicy topics,” according to Berry, who shared a clip of the Q&A on Instagram on Thursday.
“I’m still crying at this,” Berry wrote on Twitter after sharing the humorous video. Cardi B made an interesting observation about Halle Berry when retweeting the post. “Sooo guys I can’t believe I met Halle Berry…and let me tell you this tea, her skin is so soft…I wanted to bite her shoulder,” said the “WAP” rapper.
Cardi B hasn’t been shy about gushing about her favourite superstars in the past.
In a video posted to Twitter last week, she gushed about meeting Robert Pattinson. She wrote, “Look who I met the other day! I felt like a teen!”
Before Pattinson leaned into the frame, she spoke to the camera while she adjusted her hair, “Come on. Look at my friend, guys.” As the Twilight star stuck his tongue out, Cardi yelled with delight.
Cardi also just formed a Twitter relationship with Penn Badgley, who stars in the film You.
A fan started the conversation by posting a flashback video of the Gossip Girl star describing why he admires those who are good at social media. In the video, he says, “Cardi B is a great example of that. She has such an authentic relationship [with social media].”
“OOOOMMFFFGGGGGG HE KNOWS ME !!! OMMMGGGG!!!!!!” Cardi B said in a quote tweet, “Yoooo like I’m famous famous,” before Badgley answered with his own, “I-” Since then, the couple’s Twitter profile photos have been replaced with photos of each other.
Badgley also sent a gift to the Hustlers actress, replete with a note in the voice of his homicidal character Joe Goldberg referencing her smash tune “WAP.” “Hello, you… My stalking and killing may make me a certified freak, seven days a week, but it also brought me to… you,” the note stated.
