Harry Styles and Candace Owens revert to each other on the “not so manly” Vogue cover. The 26-year-old singer stylishly clapped back at Candace Owen’s sexist comment for his Vogue Cover. Harry Styles’ vogue cover consisted of him wearing a blue vintage Gucci ball gown custom made by Alessandro Michele. The fans went nuts after seeing the star in the gender-neutral ensemble. It also resulted in the singer being the “first-ever solo male” to be on Vogue cover in the history of fashion.

Well, not everything was sweet and blue in the critic’s eyes. Candace Owens got all riled up with this move of Styles and posted about him on her Twitter account. She referred to the star for not being “manly” and urged people to “Bring Back Manly Men”. Due to the conservative and sexist remark fans and a lot of other celebrities rushed to rescue the singer.

This move from her side resulted in a battle between Harry Styles and Candace Owens on the internet. The “Golden” singer replied to Owens by posting a picture of himself in a frilly blue suit while eating a banana on Instagram with the sarcastic caption, “Bring back manly men.”. He addressed the picture to his 33.6 million followers on Wednesday.

We can definitely say that the star did a very gentle but effective clap back to Owens. He also discussed this drama in Variety’s Hitmakers issue which came out on Wednesday.

He talked about the delaying of his tour and albums, “I think it’s been pretty good for me to have a kind of stop, to look and think about what it actually means to be an artist, what it means to do what we do and why we do it. I lean into moments like this — moments of uncertainty.”

Talking about fashion his views were, “To not wear [something] because it’s females’ clothing, you shut out a whole world of great clothes,” He further said, “And I think what’s exciting about right now is you can wear what you like. It doesn’t have to be X or Y. Those lines are becoming more and more blurred.”.

Variety also named the star “Hitmaker of the Year”

Also, it was a major loss for Candace Owens when Harry Styles’ vogue cover got sold out for the December issue and the fashion magazine was more than happy to print another run with Styles. The new cover came declared that the “Watermelon Sugar” singer as someone who “makes his own rules”.
