He revealed many details about his outlook on life in his last interview and there’s a lot to learn from it.

Irrfan Khan talks about his Bollywood comeback and an unfulfilled wish

His last interview happened with Gulf News before the release of Angrezi Medium. Since he had been in the United States of America for the past two years undergoing a tumor treatment, this movie marked his comeback into Bollywood. Commenting on it, he said, “My health issues came out of nowhere. Yes, I took a break and yes I am hopeful to come back.”

Irrfan Khan also opened up about his personal life wherein he mentioned how for the most part of his life, he is thankful for what he got but there is one wish that didn’t come true. “I have led a very satisfied life and I’m trying to make it more positive and satisfying now. Though one dream that I harboured was to have a daughter which never got fulfilled. I dreamt of having one and I am sure that I would have made her feel special and spoilt her. For all the daughters out there, I want to say “Tere maathe pe yeh aanchal bahut khubsurat hai lekin tu is aanchal ka parcham bana leti toh aacha tha.”

India’s international icon, Irrfan Khan will always be remembered!

“My biggest strength as a human being is that I know how to be curious and wondrous all the time. My biggest fear is that I should never succumb to any fear” were Irrfan’s Khan’s last words from the Gulf News interview and they eloquently summarize this personality. A fearless and real hero! There’s a reason that his death feels personal to so many of us: he really wasn’t just an actor; he was an artist who has now forever been etched in our memories.
