Popular couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are ready to give up their luxurious abode to any buyer willing to spend some million bucks.
New parents Joe and Sophie welcomed their daughter Willa Jonas in July who now is over a month old, and now the couple has decided to give up their New York pad up for sale at a reasonable price of $5.9 million. Both bought a 15,000 square feet mansion close to his brother Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra, in Encino Hills, California for the price tag of $14.1 Million last year and have decided to fully settle there.
The New York condo located in the posh Nolita neighbourhood, is a 2,907 square feet apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner had bought the place 2.5 years ago with the price tag of $5.5 dollars, and now the couple will profit off the new price by selling it $400k more.
TMZ reported that Joe Jonas and Sophie are selling the Nolita pad for the simple reason that “simply put, they just don’t use it.”, as the decided their bigger L.A mansion as their place of stay. The condo is located in a small Luxury edifice built back in 2012 with 11 apartments in a total of 8 floors. The building does have a 24/7 available doorman, which is evident in most posh buildings. Along with the price comes a lofty common charge over $5,300 which needs to be paid per month and a property tax bill that eaches around $120,000 every year, these charges probably gave the couple another reason to say their farewell to the place.
The serene apartment is entered through a private elevator which leads to the entrance gallery opening to the living space which spans 49 square feet with white oak wood floor and big windows guaranteeing some natural sunlight in the living space. Privacy must’ve been an issue for Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner as the neighboring apartments too have similar windows that can be used to view the terrace of the apartment.
The kitchen too makes a statement with gold-veined white marble counter-tops, top of the line appliances imported from Italy, a German speed cooking oven, and full-size wine cooler.
