Believe it or not, Kendall Jenner too has days when she’s feeling far from motivated. But there’s something that helps her get through even the worst of days.
Kendall Jenner, 25, shed light on mental health as she wished fans Thanksgiving on Twitter.
“In this past year I’ve found it hard to keep my spirits up at times and have struggled a bit with my mental,” she began. “What gets me through it is gratitude! be thankful today for what you have! sending love.”
Fans of the model rushed to support her in the comment section. “I am grateful to have you!” she replied to one user, writing “your support means the world” to another.
This isn’t the first time Kendall Jenner has talked about mental health. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently joined hands with designer Kenneth Cole to raise awareness about The Mental Health Coalition.
In her appearance on Good Morning America back in May, Jenner spoke about her experience with mental health issues and about the time she suffered a panic attack.
“I was really, really young and I remember not being able to—feeling like I couldn’t breathe and venting to my mom and being like, ‘Mom, I feel like I can’t breathe. Something must be wrong,'” she recalled.
“And she of course took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure that I was okay physically, and I was. No one ever told me that I had anxiety.”
In a video on Instagram, the supermodel shared how she’d really been feeling during the pandemic.
“I have been doing a lot of thinking during quarantine, mostly about mental health and how important it is always, but especially in these times with the devastation of coronavirus,” Kendall said.
She added how she too has her good and her anxious days. She simply wanted people to know they are not alone in this.
“It is important, now more than ever, that we come together to promote acceptance and inspire hope,” she explained in the caption.
Meanwhile, this is how Kendall Jenner is celebrating Thanksgiving
Besides having a delicious dinner, Kendall and Kylie also made the most of their time together by making a super fun TikTok, which Kylie re-posted on her Instagram stories.
The TikTok revealed quite a lot about the sister duo, from what kind of drunk they are to the “type” they usually date.
In the video, Kendall and Kylie walked towards the camera and into categories that best described them. There were categories like “Supermodel” and “Instagram Model,” “Dad’s Fav” and “Mom’s Fav,” and “Hoopers” and “Rappers”. As you can guess, Kendall placed herself in “Hoopers”, given her history with Basketball players, while Kylie walked towards “Rappers”.
It looks like the Jenner sisters are on cordial terms again, after their recent tiff.
