American TV personality and model Kim Kardashian had reportedly tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.
This Thursday’s episode of the Kardashian reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians revealed that Kim Kardashian tested positive for Covid upon her return from her 40th birthday party at an island named Tetiaroa in Tahiti. Kim was not the only one who tested positive for the virus; all of her four children- North, Saint, Chicago & Psalm West also tested positive for the virus.
In her defense, Kim put out a statement on Twitter on May 28 saying that the news about her testing positive for Covid is “false” –
“False. Nobody caught Covid from the trip. Saint was the first to have it in our family and he caught it from school from another student who tested positive first. I then developed symptoms and got it a few days after he coughed on me while caring for him.”
Despite Kim’s clarification, people on Twitter who saw the tweet quickly pointed out that none of the schools were open at the time, which really questions the veracity of her words.
According to TMZ, Kim testing positive for Covid led to the shutdown on production of her family’s reality TV show.
Kim Kardashian surprises her mom with an extravagant gift on her 65th birthday
In other news, Kim Kardashian showed her love for her mom Kris Jenner by giving her a massive gift on her 65th birthday, which happened last November.
Kim Kardashian gifted 65 different designer outfits to her mom, all curated by her and tailored to fit Kris’ measurements. How Kim gave her mom the presents was also super-extra: she laid out the outfits in a hallway, making it look like a museum of outfits.
Kim Kardashian worked with stylist Danielle Levi to pick the outfits; the designers outfits were curated from high-fashion brands such as Comme des Garçons, Jean Paul Gaultier and Gucci.
Kanye West also made his first appearance of the final season on the episode where Kim gifted her mom the outfits. Kim recently filed for divorce from Kanye in February of 2021.
