Kristen Bell Responds To Dax Shepard’s Message On Her Birthday

Dax Shepard ‘nails any birthday messaging’.

Kristen Bell recently appeared in a virtual interview with California Live. When Lawrence Zarian, guest host of California Live told Kristen Bell, “What he [Dax Shepard] said about you for your birthday was the sweetest thing.” She responded to Zarian saying, “My husband is … He just treat me like a queen. I adore him. We disagree and argue just like every other marriage but there is a foundational trust and he is a writer so he usually nails any birthday messaging.”

“And it is so true, families that fight together stay together because you have a brand new show Family Game Fight,” Zarian gushed.

In the interview, she even disclosed about what it’s like to work with her husband Dax Shepard on their show Family Game Fight. We also got to know why Bell is so passionate about her new environmental campaign with OhmConnect, which helps to end California blackouts.

Dax Shepard On Kristen Bell’s Birthday

Dax Shepard wished wife Kristen Bell a happy birthday!

The actor, 46, shared a loving tribute in honour of Kristen Bell on Sunday to mark her 41st birthday.

“Happy Birthday Cowgirl,” he wrote alongside a smiling shot that showed Kristen Bell wearing a black cowboy hat and boots. She was seen sitting on a wooden chest in front of a fireplace in the shot. “Your beauty is only surpassed by your heart and buns. Here’s wishing you another 100 years in the saddle,” he added, alongside five heart emojis.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard started dating in 2007 and got married in 2013. They are parents of two girls: Lincoln, 8, and Delta, 6. Both actors have been extremely candid about the hard work they put into their marriage. Bell recently said she and Shepard went to their couple’s therapist separately during the pandemic so they “could talk shit about each other.”

Speaking with guest host Chelsea Handler on Ellen, she said, “At the beginning of the pandemic we were at each other’s throats and then all the doors locked in our house. We had to stay inside and we were like ‘Woof! We need to get a handle on the annoyances.'”

Bell added that “the reality is if you’re living with one human being, I don’t care if it’s your partner, your husband, your wife or your roommate, you need to brush up on your toolbox because you will find that person annoying.”

She said that the therapy sessions she and the podcaster have had have ‘been great’ in helping their relationship through tough times.

“When you have a third party moderating any disagreement, it’s always the safer place,” she said.

On a more serious note, the Parenthood alum added, “My girls and I hit the MegaMom Lottery in spectacular fashion. We are so grateful and so in love with you.”
