Kriti Sanon Expresses Grief, Shares Memories Of Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant Singh Rajput was a remarkable actor and a brilliant mind. The 34-year-old star had started his journey from the small screen. His daily soap ‘Pavitra Rishta’ started receiving love from every Indian household and became one of the most viewed serials. Soon after, he made his debut in Bollywood with ‘Kai Po Che’ and secured his place as an exceptional method actor in Bollywood. His role in movies like ‘Chhichhore‘ and ‘MS Dhoni: The untold story’ had made a special place in the hearts of millions. Fans struggle to believe that his upcoming movie ‘Dil Bechara’ will be the last time they will ever see the phenomenal actor on screen. 

Kriti shares a post on Instagram in the memory of Sushant 

Sushant’s co-star from ‘Raabta’, Kriti Sanon penned down a heartfelt note on her Instagram profile that highlighted the beautiful memories they made together. On 14th June, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his house in Bandra, Mumbai. Sources say that he had been battling depression for a while. In her post, Kriti talks about how Sushant’s mind had always been his best friend and also his worst enemy. She further goes on to say that she wished he had someone to reach out to in that moment of weakness. Kriti mentions that Sushant was and will always be a part of her prayers. 

Rumours had it that Sushant and Kriti had been lovers in the past

In 2016, when the shooting of the movie ‘Raabta’ began, news of the link-up between the two stars spread like wildfire. ‘’I am fond of him’’, said Kriti when asked about her feelings for Sushant. Though the two never confirmed or denied their relationship, their off-screen chemistry had found its way to the screen and the audience was extremely pleased with the pair. 

Kriti pays her last respects to Sushant

Stars from B-town such as Vivek Oberoi, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma and Kriti Sanon attended SSR’s last rites in Mumbai yesterday. With his sudden demise, the entertainment industry lost another precious jewel. Sushant might not be here with us today, but his memories and the roles he played are immortal.
