“It’s not easy, mentally, physically, spiritually, it’s just crazy,” Jenner added.  “I didn’t want to just get back to life without saying that because … for other moms going through it right now, I think we can go on the internet and it might look a lot easier for other people and put the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me either. It’s been hard. I didn’t even think I’d make it to this workout today but I’m here and I’m feeling better. So, you’ve got this,” she said in the video.

Kylie Jenner went on to assure her followers who are going through similar post-partum stress that it is “OK not to be OK” in another video. “I realized that I was putting some pressure on myself, and I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy. We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be back, not even physically just mentally, after birth,” she said. “So yeah, just sending some love. I love you guys!” she added.

Kylie Jenner’s experiences after giving birth to baby boy

According to a People source, Kylie Jenner’s post-partum troubles amplified with the birth of her son than it was when Stormi was born.

“After she had Stormi, she bounced back quickly. She was also resting more and took a huge step back by keeping her pregnancy to herself. As a working mom with a toddler, her pregnancy with Wolf was very different. She experienced more stress trying to balance everything,” said the insider. “She wants to be honest about it though. She has help and is still exhausted. She has a great support system and is focused on taking care of herself too. She loves being a mom and wants to be the best possible,” they added.

According to an Us Weekly source, “Stormi has been helping out and is so excited about being a big sister. “They are focusing all their time and energy on their new baby. [They’re both] very hands-on.” The couple is yet to show baby Wolf’s face to the world but for now, they are keeping it lowkey.
