Kylie Jenner’s Workout: Shows Off Her Toned Abs, “Never Miss a Monday”

Apart from her beauty line updates, makeup mogul Kylie Jenner loves to show off her enviable curves in the process. In her latest Monday Instagram post, the 23-year-old reality star gave a glimpse of her gym-honed figure and the contributing workout session to achieve that bod.

After starting her day with a beverage, kylie Jenner changed into a black sports bra and a matching pair of leggings, to begin her workout. She paired a plain baseball cap with a pair of white sneakers to step outside, making her way up to a steep hill before going for a run. 

Kylie documented her intense cardio session with her million Instagram followers. “Never miss a monday!” she captioned the video.

After that steep run, Kylie headed back inside to continue her workout on the treadmill, which was followed by some toning exercises. The Kylie Cosmetics founder opted for a series of core-strengthening moves that included planks and toe touches. 

Prior to this hardcore workout session, Kylie Jenner showcased her toned abs in a low-cut sage green sports bra and matching biker shorts on a run through her neighborhood on Sunday. 

‘A beautiful day in the neighborhood,’ she captioned a slideshow of snaps of herself on route to take her three-year-old daughter Stormi Webster to a playground. Kylie came prepared with a bottle of water to stay hydrated with her tresses knoted in a top bun. 

As for her diet, Jenner shared that she’s “really trying not to eat meat rn,” posting a video on her Instagram Stories of her “little dinner” of grains, broccoli, and sweet potato.

Kylie Jenner‘s daily routine includes a run on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day at a 12 incline at 3.2 speed, which is followed by stretching and toning exercises to train her abdominal muscles, strengthen her arms and shape her glutes. She is also seen using a resistance band that works on her famous derrière. Her workouts include a lot of weights, cardio, squats and pushups.

Exercise and diet go hand-in-hand to achieve great results. And Kylie aims at striking the right balance. Talking about one of the major diet goof-ups, in an episode of Harper’s Bazaar‘s Food Diaries YouTube series, the beauty mogul said that keeping a pre-sliced apple by her bed at night helps her steer away from binging on junk. 

“I turn on my TV, I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed,” she shared in the video. “Since I’m really comfortable I’ll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple. So that is how I swerve my late-night cravings.”
