Who are the Marvel’s Eternals?

Marvel’s Eternals trailer showed ancient superheroes of the Universe in their full esteem. Joining the force are some renowned names in the industry like Angelina Jolie, playing warrior Thena, Richard Madden, taking up the charge with the all-powerful Ikaris, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani playing the Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as the Eternals’ spiritual leader Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh, and Barry Keoghan as lone wolf Druig.

The team will also be joined by Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington who will play the character of Black Knight from the comics. The actor will reunite with Madden, and his character Dane Whitman will be transformed into a superhero.

Eternals are the ancient team of Celestials who have lived on the Earth for about 7,000 years. After the Avengers: Endgame, it is a big question as to who will lead the superheroes. In the absence of Captain Rogers and Iron Man, there is no one who could handle the Earth saviors. “I could lead them,” Ikaris says, to which the immortals laugh in the Marvel Eternal trailer.
