When Miley Cyrus takes on the stage, it’s not just her singing that keeps the eyes of the audience fixated, it’s also her sculpted body. That’s exactly what happened at the Austin City Limits music festival in Texas.
In brand new photos on Instagram, the 28-year-old pop star showed off her sculpted legs while wearing red, sparkly shorts.
“Wouldn’t be a finale festival show without GLAM & FAM!” Miley captioned her post. “The Coyne’s made it to soooooo many shows this season! Y’all’s love and loyalty means the 🌎 & bein Auntie Meow to BB Bloom & BB#2 is one of my biggest joys on earth! I’m so fucking sentimental today!”
“Pics taken by 1/2 of my main gay @vijatm the best photographer in the universe and this look was made CUSTOM 4 me (like alllllll the other shows) by my other 1/2 @bradleykennethstyle who is fucking sickening! 🌈 we worked with every designer directly creating a fucking VISION! This IS THE MOMENT! Yasss and tagging @xosonique just because she inspires me to always make the House of Love proud! 💋,” she wrote.
The singer has always advocated for a healthy lifestyle (both mentally and physically) and her fitness routine includes a mix of workout and diet.
Cyrus is a committed yogi. Her preferred style of yoga is Ashtanga, which has a focus on strength and cardiovascular fitness through breathing exercises.
During her appearance at Jimmy Fallon show she said, “the thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?”
And that’s not all.
Miley Cyrus began practicing Pilates back in 2013 and has been a fan ever since.
At one point, she was reportedly attending classes on an almost daily basis and even installed a Pilates studio in her own home. According to Cyrus’ former instructor, Mari Winsor, Cyrus works out for half an hour and does a wide variety of exercises, from sidekicks to ab crunches.
Cyrus went vegan in 2013 and maintained an entirely plant-based diet until 2019, when she began to reintroduce fish into her diet. But she still avoids meat, dairy, and eggs, plus all other animal-related products.
In tandem with her yoga practice, the pop star has also quit drinking, smoking, and drugs.
