Nick Jonas and Blake Shelton goof around on the sets of The Voice
Nick Jonas and Blake Shelton are apparently bonding pretty well on their show The Voice. Nick will be returning to the 20th season of The Voice as a coach after being away for 2 years. The 28-year-old singer was last seen on The Voice in the 18th season after which he was replaced by Gwen in the following season, and now nick was added back to the team after Adam Levine’s exit.
Nick Jonas was seen bonding with his fellow coach Blake Shelton over their romantic relationships. Nick Jonas, 28, is married to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, 38, whereas Blake Shelton, 44, has recently got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Gwen Stefani, 51. According to a source, Nick and Blake were joking about why Blake hasn’t got married yet to which Jonas gave a sarcastic reply ” Blake has cold feet”. The source also said, “It is clearly all in good fun. Between the two, they have been able to bond more over their romantic relationships as it gives them something to talk about.”
“When they are waiting in between filming, Nick has become someone for Blake to joke within the way that he had it with Adam,” the source continued. “They both really like roasting each other. This upcoming should be pretty great as their chemistry is great because they have become such good friends behind the scenes.”
This year, The Voice will be completing its 10 years. The coaches for this season will be John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas and Blake Shelton. Blake has been on this show since the first season and well, he met the love of his life here too. While Joking around about his fiance Gwen Stefani, to E! News, Blake said “I am engaged to Gwen effing Stefani,” the singer expressed. “I mean, come on. This is unbelievable!”
When John Legend was asked about his experience on The Voice, the Love Me Now singer said, “I love advising these artists.” He continued- “It’s something I’ve loved doing since I was young. I was a choir director when I was a kid, and I always enjoyed working with other singers. I get so much pleasure from seeing them be their best.”
Whereas Nick Jonas said “When I joined the show in season 18, that was the first time we did the live shows from home,” he says. “Being on-set this season is really nice. I’ve definitely loved getting to know all these guys.”
