Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently opened up and revealed about the worries she had during the Covid-19 Pandemic about her family and husband Nick Jonas.
The Covid-19 Pandemic struck the world and its economy in late 2019, with its first case being identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The disease has since rapidly spread worldwide and caused an ongoing pandemic that has disrupted everyday living and slowed down the world economy.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas had a nice cozy talk with American television business news channel CNBC about the “daunting” amount of work she did during the lockdown caused by the pandemic in London and most importantly, how she had gotten very worried for her loved ones at such a time of isolation.
Speaking about the her experience shooting and filming T.V projects as “kind of a crazy experience”, Priyanka Chopra Jonas had this to say-
“As actors we’re still taking off our masks in front of other actors, you know, and that’s part of the job. And I feel like, that’s kind of really daunting.”
“My husband is a type one diabetic, I’m asthmatic. I have my Mum who’s living with me right now so, I just feel like I’m also, on the job, you know, responsible on a set of hundreds of people. So I take it very, very seriously,”
Priyanka Chopra described the changes Covid-19 brought into the world as “very scary”-
“Seeing what a toll it has taken around the world, not only with the health of people, with the amount of deaths we’ve seen, but also with jobs, with stability, you know, this has changed a lot of things for a lot of people and brought to the fore the disparity between the ‘haves’ and the ‘have nots,’ and it’s a very emotional time. So it is very scary.”
