Salma Hayek’s diet is finally out, and we can’t wait to tell you the secret of her youthful appearance. The “Frida” actress has given her fans a sneak peek into her daily routine and some of her secret juicing tips to stay young and healthy.

The 54-year old American actress and producer is the mother of a 12-year-old daughter Valentina. She is married to French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault.

Salma Hayek took to her Instagram to talk about her daily routine from her dining room in London. She said, “If you want your morning OJ to take you to the next step, here are some tips for you. We know that oranges are such a great source of Vitamin C,” Salma told fans as she placed fresh oranges into her blender.

“Then we are going to be turmeric in. We know it’s anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. Here’s the tip, for your body to absorb faster all the benefits of the turmeric, use a little bit of black pepper. It just makes it a lot more healthier. If you want to make it even more beautiful, here’s another tip. This is sea buckthorn. They are great for your skin, for your hair, for your nails, for everything. It also has 15 times the amount of Vitamin C that oranges have. It doesn’t have collagen but it helps your body produce more collagen.”

While the fans went gaga over the actress’s video, most of them seemed too eager to try Salma Hayek’s diet routine. “I need to get my blender back out to try this!” one fan wrote on the video. Well, we now know how she remains so young and radiant even in her 50s.

Salma Hayek’s diet plan in a day

Earlier, she also shared tips about her fitness and said that her “breakfast special” is a little unusual, but totally doable for any common fan. Salma Hayek’s diet in the morning includes a medley of berries, fruits, and vegetables.

To make her breakfast, you will need approximately half a cup of each of the following ingredients: Yoghurt, papaya, blueberries, mango, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, celery, red pepper, cucumber, almond, and coconut butter.

Salma Hayek is someone who believes that “fat is your friend”. But that doesn’t mean indulging in fatty, processed foods but eating an avocado and chicken sandwich. For lunch, the actress mostly loves her mom’s Mexican tamales. Her diet also includes a fair amount of fiber.

Salma Hayek has never been on a diet and loves her curves. However, she follows a regular yoga-workout routine.

“Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that. I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles. It’s restorative yoga.” she said.

Salma Hayek’s diet for dinner time includes home-cooked Mexican food. She loves to eat at a Latin restaurant, Pujol, in Mexico City, but since she lives far away from the city, she likes to use her cooking skills. Her favorite is duck tacos and seafood guacamole.
