Stan Lee was the man who made it all! He was a comic book writer who turned his imagination into the gigantic Marvel Universe. He alongside Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, John Romita Sr., and more has created the world of superheroes that everyone loves. On his 98th birthday, marvel fans and actors remember the godfather with heartful messages.

Stan Lee was born on 28th December 1922 and was a comic book writer, publisher, editor, and producer. He was the creator of Spider-Man, The Avengers, The X-Men, and other hundreds of characters that are in the Marvel Universe. He was the main face of the Marvel comics for a decade and thus became the spokesperson between the fans and the Marvel characters. He passed away at the age of 95 in 2018.

Fans Tribute to Stan Lee On His Birthday

On his birthday Stan Lee’s official Instagram and Twitter account remembered the artist. The Twitter account started a thread and asked the fans to share their memorable moments with Lee. The fans filled the thread with various artworks, videos, and messages for him.

The tweet was captioned, “Today we celebrate what would have been Stan’s 98th birthday. Stan meant so much to his fans around the world & his fans meant a lot to him, too. We’d like to fill this post with wonderful memories of The Man, so please share your favorite Stan moments below. Excelsior! #StanLee

Marvel’s Tribute To Stan Lee

Marvel also gave a tribute to Lee by celebrating his legacy. They made various videos and posters in remembrance of the creator. In their tribute they wrote, “98 years ago today in New York City, a legend was born. Stan “The Man” Lee, born Stanley Lieber, was introduced to the world and later became the architect of the Marvel Universe, a world outside our window and a driving force in popular culture.”

Marvel also wrote that he always created “larger-than-life” characters and his stories stood the test of time and continued to amaze fans around the globe. His vision for the Marvel characters knew no physical and mental bounds and he created them in ways that one couldn’t even fathom.

Iron Man posted a heartful message

Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr. also took it to his Instagram to remember Stan Lee. He posted a picture of him and Stan holding Tony Stark’s heart from the sets of Marvel’s Civil War. The picture was captioned in memory of Lee and Robert further wrote that they miss the creator. He wrote, “Are you Tony Stank ? 😆 #HappyBirthday Stan 🙌🏽 We miss you bts #StanLee #Excelsior @marvelstudios #civilwar #throwback #atlanta (📸 @jimmy_rich ) proof that #tonystark has a #heart ♥️”

While the MCU has entered Phase 4 with a lot of new series and movies coming to the fans. Some of them are a continuation of the older superhero stories while a few others have a lot of new characters that are also being introduced from the comics to the MCU. We hope that the new directors and creators continue this legacy of Stan Lee with all pride and honor.
