Sushant Singh Rajput committing suicide after battling depression for months has not only plunged the nation into shock but triggered a heated debate on the epidemic of nepotism plaguing Bollywood. Many facts have cropped up hinting that even after 10 years in the film industry, Sushant was shunned by the big powers as an outsider. With the intent to hold those people liable, a criminal case has been filed against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, and four other Bollywood celebs.
The case has been filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha in the Bihar Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, who has fixed 3rd July as the next date of hearing. Apart from Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, others named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, director Dinesh, and Bhushan Kumar.
In his complaint, Ojha has alleged that the 8 celebrities in his complaint have been responsible for plotting a conspiracy against Sushant Singh Rajput. They did not let his films get released or allow him to be invited to film function. They effectively forced him to commit suicide, which, Ojha pleaded, amounts to murder.
Karan Johar has already been severely trolled for expressing grief on social media after Sushant Singh’s death as he had once mocked Sushant on his talk show Koffee With Karan along with Alia Bhatt.
The criminal case has been filed under Sections 306 (Abetment Of Suicide), 109 (Punishment of abetment), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of IPC. Actress Kangana Ranaut has been listed as a witness.

As per reports, the Mumbai police is already investigating why Sushant lost his signed films even though his last release Chhichhore was a hit
According to sources, at least five production houses and film producers will be summoned by the police to record their statement in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case to find out why signed films were withdrawn from the late actor.
