The music legend has left us all with his compositions
Acknowledging the country legend’s contribution to the music industry, his publicist Keith Hagan said, “Kenny Rogers left an indelible mark on the history of American music. His songs have endeared music lovers and touched the lives of millions around the world.”
Even though the artist had retired five years back in 2015, his music always sounds fresh and trending. While announcing retirement, Kenny Rogers mentioned that this has nothing to do with his relationship with music, but with his family. Previously, he had been divorced four times but was now finally leading a happy life with a wife and two twins. He said, “My life is about my wife and my 11-year-old twin boys right now. There are a lot of things I want to do together with them to create some special memories. I don’t have a bucket list of my own … I have a bucket list of things I want to do with them.”
Some of his most famous tracks include ‘Through The Years’, ‘The Gambler’, ‘Lucille’, ‘Island In The Steam’, ‘Lady’ and ‘We’ve Got Tonight.’ Ah, the good ol’ country music playlist!
