She said in her award acceptance speech– “I know this feels like a really weird time to be celebrating, but I just want to say that there is hope in the young people out there. I know that our TV show doesn’t always feel like a great example of that, but there is hope for young people. And I just want to say to all my peers out there doing the work in the streets: I see you, I admire you, I thank you, and yeah, thank you so, so much! This is—whoa, okay, thank you!”

The actress has been busy shooting for her upcoming Spider-Man movie named Spider-Man: No Way Home.

She shared her quarantine experience by saying-“It was my first time just being like, ”Okay, who am I without this? Which is a very scary thing to confront and work through, because I don’t really know Zendaya outside of the Zendaya who works. I didn’t realize how much my job and my art were a part of my identity as a human.”

She further added- “I feel most like myself when I’m working. I felt like, when I wasn’t working, my powers had gone away, and I was like. Who the f——” I didn’t really know who I was and what makes me happy. What do I like to do? What else do I do? What is my value? What is my purpose now?”
