One of the most important nights of the music industry calendar just ended, and the stars descended, turning up the heat for Grammys 2021 red carpet.
While the night looked a little different this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, the much-anticipated Grammys 2021 red carpet was a mix of in-person and virtual cameos by stars who managed to impress us with their glamorous ensembles. Serving plenty of memorable Grammys fashion moments, check out who wore at one of the biggest night of the year.
Bringing colourful glamour to the show, Taylor Swift lit up the red carpet in an Oscar de la Renta mini dress covered in colourful embroidered flowers. The singer, who got nominated for six awards, brought spring to the carpet, teaming her floral dress with Cathy Waterman jewelry.
The Cardigan hitmaker teamed her designer dress with blush pink ribbon tie Christian Louboutin heels and wore her hair up to complete the pretty look. Swift’s dewy make-up with shimmery bronze eyeshadow added to her look.
Megan Thee Stallion
Bringing another spring colour to the red Grammy red carpet was one of the night’s early winners, Megan Thee Stallion, who went bold in a bright orange Dolce & Gabbana gown with thigh-high slit and dramatic bow on the back.
Aside from the electrifying colour and the details of her gown, Stallion’s dazzling Chopard jewelry made her look all the more jaw-dropping.
Nominated for six awards, Dua Lipa stunned in a sheer Versace beaded dress with a thigh-high slit. The pink crystal ensemble inspired by butterflies made a head-turning red carpet outfit, whose beauty was accentuated by the 25-year-old singer’s brunette locks left open with a center parting.
Adding some drama to her makeup, Lipa wore a splash of violet eyeshadow matching to her Versace and wore BVLGARI jewelry. The look was completed with towering heels with jewel-encrusted straps.
The ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer, who opened the ceremony with a powerful performance, made temperatures rise with his black leather Gucci fit and statement-making green boa.
Styles went shirtless under his tuxedo jacket, staying true to his gender fluid, retro-inspired aesthetic. He paired the look with heeled loafers, chunky rings, and a cross necklace.
Dropping another look while accepting the award for best pop solo performance, the star looked just as good. Styles donned dark brown corduroys, a stripped V-neck sweater, a patterned blazer, and yet another feather boa in purple.
As the host of the 2021 GRAMMYs, there was no doubt that Noah would step up his fashion game. Noah sported a custom black tuxedo from Gucci, with a sparkling brooch by Tiffany & Co.. Completing the look, he looked sharp wearing a black bow tie and black shoes.
Although BTS lost the Grammys, they wore a winning look by Louis Vuitton. The group showed up to the evening’s festivities wearing Louis Vuitton from head to toe, in a relatively stark palette of black, white, and tan.
While Beyoncé didn’t make it to the red carpet, she made an epic return to the Grammys in true Beyoncé fashion. She appeared on stage in a striking black latex look by Schiaparelli Haute Couture. The superstar wore black gloves and sheer black tights with massive drop earrings and sky-high Jimmy Choo platforms.
