Kaley Cuoco Reveals Why She Refused Being A Part Of The Flight Attendant Season 2

Kaley Cuoco welcomes two new munchkins to her animal family!

Kaley Cuoco, the star who played the role of iconic Penny in Big Bang Theory, recently opened up about why she said no to acting further in her hit show The Flight Attendant initially, which is supposed to get a season 2. The actress also serves as the executive producer for the HBO Max show. She is coming back in the role of Cassie Bowden in the second season.

Kaley Cuoco was scared of appearing in The Flight Attendant season 2

Speaking to Digital Spy, Kaley Cuoco talked about why she was initially not in favor of returning for a second season when the first season garnered so much attention. “I could not believe the love that I was receiving, that the show was receiving, and my cast – which made it even scarier to do a season 2,” she said.

“So I was terrified. And now I’m terrified again for season 2 to come out,” she continued.  “I’ll just keep being terrified, and eventually one day I won’t be,” she added. The Flight Attendant season 2 is all set to return with action and an emotion-packed storyline that will deal with the main character’s sobriety, her new CIA job and different versions of herself as she moves to Los Angeles.

Cuoco also promised her fans that she will be sharing more BTS work. “This season is 100 times bigger than what we did in season one. It’s funny, we did a lot of behind the scenes this year, and so, each episode, you’re going to get 10-minute videos when it’s done about behind-the-scenes and interviews of how we did stuff,” she said.

“I’ve been watching them, because I’ve been approving these videos, and it made me excited to show the world, because it shows all the hard work and the stuff we did with the multiple Cassies, and the stages, and the gorgeous production design,” she continued. “There were a lot of hands in this season. So I’m proud of those people, and a little less scared. No, I’m terrified. What am I saying?” she added.

The Flight Attendant season 2 will debut on April 21 in HBO Max.

A little bit on her love for animals

Kaley Cuoco also recently took to Instagram to share the good news of adopting two goats. “We did a thing…welcome Pam and Tommy,” she wrote in the caption. “I’m goat obsessed, I can’t get enough lol,” she added. She also shared a picture of herself with her The Flight Attendant co-star and friend  Zosia Mamet on her Instagram stories.

Cuoco is already a proud dog mama of several other animals, which include horses, cows, a rooster she recently rescued and goats.
