A little bit on what went down when Billie Eilish met Lisa Simpson

The three-minute-long video features Billie Eilish overhearing Lisa Simpson playing the saxophone under an overpass and proceeds to ask herself, “Can John Coltrane really be playing under a freeway overpass?” “No, he’s dead,” she quickly answers her own question before proceeding to hang herself upside down to find out who has been playing the mesmerizing tune.

“It’s a kid!” she tells her brother Finneas. “Younger than you?” responds Finneas. “Lots, little stinker,” she replies.

Billie can be seen sporting her old look complete with baggy clothes, black hair with lime green roots and finger rings. She introduces herself to Lisa and the youngster quickly starts bawling after coming face-to-face with her idol.

Later in the short video, the two team up and play a version of The Simpsons theme song written by Danny Elfman.

A little bit on Billie Eilish’s SNL gig

In late 2021, she hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live and later revealed how nervous she was while filming it. “The week of preparing for SNL is f*****g nuts, dude,” said the “Bad Guy” singer.  “It’s literally alien. I cried every single day of the week, no joke at all,” she added.

The singer also recently took home an Oscar with her brother Finneas for their Bond movie score “No Time To Die”. Catch Billie Eilish and Lisa Simpson rock out together in the latest The Simpsons short film available for streaming exclusively on Disney+.
