Thigh high slit dress, rosy cheeks, hair all done and a bright red lipstick are some of the most common things actresses might have to do in order to look glamorous. Well, Kangana, doesn’t seem to believe in that notion. The superstar Bollywood actress surely knows how to break misconceptions and always be extraordinary in whatever she does. Though Kangana Ranaut is known for playing a multitude of characters and delivering exceptional performances, being a fashionista and also speaking up for what’s right, now the actress is all set to tell us all how ‘less is always beautiful’.
Directed by well-known Bollywood filmmaker and writer, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Panga is an upcoming movie which will be releasing on 24th January, 2020. Starring Kangana Ranaut and Jessi Gill, the movie is based on the life of a kabaddi player. While Panga is going to be a sports-based movie, it is said that the film will also contain a lot of drama and a story that will engage people of all ages.
Recently, Kangana has also spoken about her memorable journey while filming the movie and that she was also trained in Kabaddi for this role. Kangana Ranaut is definitely going to slay the silver screen once again with this movie produced by Fox Star Studios.
Kangana’s Brand New Avatar
While other B-Town actresses may refrain from playing the role of a mother, Kangana Ranaut on the other hand, will be seen playing one in Panga. Clad in a simple saree and a tiny bindi, Kangana looks nothing less of elegant. Unlike other actresses, Kangana chose to play this character at the peak of her career as she always likes to experiment with new things. Her performance in the movie will break the notion of showbiz industry that playing a mother is a thing of the older actresses. We are sure that Kangana Ranaut will successfully emerge to be a trendsetter, just as she always has, be it in fashion or acting.
What’s More In Store
Though we will be watching Kangana Ranaut in the lead, Panga is also going to cast some of the best known faces of Bollywood and the critics’ favourites such as Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi and Richa Chadda.
Panga – the name itself sounds very interesting. We hope the film will make a mark of its own in the box office!
