Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams is all set to join the cast of Danny Boyle’s upcoming movie, Pistol. The Pistol is the biopic on the English band The S– Pistols. It would be a six-episode series in which Maisie Williams will be seen playing a model, superfan, and “punk icon” role of Jordan aka Pamela Rooke.
All About Maisie Williams’ Pistol
Pistol’s plot revolves around the band guitarist Steve Jones and is based on his 2018 memoir, Lonely Boy: Tales from a S– Pistol. It will take the audience through West London’s council estates and Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren’s notorious Kinds Road S– shop. While also focusing on all the controversies that happened due to the release of the album Never Mind the Bollocks.
Danny Boyle will be executively producing and directing the series along with Craig Pearce. Pearce and Frank Cottrell Boyce are the writers of Maisie Williams upcoming movie Pistol.

Nick Grad, FX’s President of Original Programming also talked about working with Boyle and the series. He Said, “It’s great to be back in business with Danny Boyle, an exceptional artist responsible for so many great feature films and TV series.”

Cast of Maisie Williams’ Pistol
The cast of the series along with Maisie Williams has been already decided by FX. Jones will be played by Toby Wallace, Anson Boon will be playing singer John Lydon; Louis Patridge the Enola Homes star will be bassist Sid Vicious; Jacob Slater will be seen playing with the sticks as Paul Cook; Fabien Frankel as bass guitarist Glen Matlock; and Dylan Llewellyn from Derry Girls will portray Wally Nightingale.
Other notable members of the cast are Sydney Chandler (Don’t Worry Darling) as Chrissie Hynde and Emma Appleton (The Witcher) as Nancy Spungen.
The release date of the upcoming Maisie Williams’ Pistol is not yet known. Although the movie will be going into production on March 7, 2021. Maisie Williams’ latest project was Two Weeks To Live which again portrayed her in a fierce role and was well accepted by the audience.
