Rege-Jean Page Joins The Cast Of ‘The Gray Man’ Alongside Ryan Gosling And Chris Evans

Three total heart-throbs in one flick.

Rege-Jean Page has joined the star-studded cast of Netflix’s upcoming movie ‘The Gray Man’ alongside Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans.

Rege-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, and Alfre Woodard are the new addition to the Russo Brothers’ cast for their upcoming flick ‘The Gray Man’.

‘The Gray Man‘ is already star-packed with the brooding actor, Ryan Gosling and Captain America himself, Chris Evans, who will play the major characters of Court Gentry and Lloyd Hansen, respectively, from the best selling novel of the same name. The character that Rege will portray is unknown as of yet.

The recent SNL host, Rege-Jean Page starring in ‘The Gray Man’ is reflective of his recent show-stealing presence in Netflix’s romance-drama “Bridgerton”.

The 31-year-old British actor is also a strong contender in the long list of actors who will succeed Daniel Craig to become the new Bond.

What is the plot of the upcoming Rege-Jean Page starter ‘The Gray Man’?

The movie ‘The Gray Man’ will probably follow the same plot of its literary counterpart, which is a spy-thriller following the character of Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), an ex-CIA operative turned assassin, who now works under the titular name ‘The Gray Man.’

The story progresses as he is being chased by another CIA agent Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), who has been assigned to hunt Gentry down.

“The intention is for it to be competitive with any theatrical and the ability to do with Gosling and Evans is a dream for us,” said Joe Russo talking about the big-budgeted undertaking. “The idea is to create a franchise and build out a whole universe, with Ryan at the center of it. We have all committed to the first movie and that’s got to be great to get us to the second movie. These are master assassins and Gosling’s character gets burned by the CIA and Evans’ character has to hunt him down.”

He also added about his previous project of “Extraction”, on which, he worked with Netflix. “We have a great working relationship with Netflix, and we go back almost 20 years with Scott Stuber. We formed AGBO to be an agnostic storytelling company, where we figure out the best platform. We think Netflix is the perfect place for this film.”
