Adam Levine Is Making A Return To ‘The Voice’ After Four Seasons

But it’s not how you’d expect!

It has been four seasons since Adam Levine graced the coach chair on The Voice. We’ve been missing him from the screen but not any longer though. The pop star is making a surprising return back to the show.

It has been one of the charms of the show to watch Adam Levine lock in a war of words with fellow coach Blake Shelton. Honestly, we’ve been missing that banter quite a bit.

While fans of the show are pleasantly surprised, Levine will not be returning to The Voice as a coach. He will be taking part in the all-star finale performing with his band Maroon 5.

Adam Levine and his fellow band members will perform their latest release, “Beautiful Mistakes,” with rapper and guest vocalist Megan Thee Stallion. However, since Levine has previously been a major part of The Voice, so it is unlikely he wouldn’t pop up during the episode to steal some extra spotlight.

The Voice Season 20 Finale is going to be one exciting night!

In the true tradition of the show, The Voice is delivering quite a celebrity-filled season finale for Season 20. Besides Adam Levine with Maroon 5 and Megan Thee Stallion, the star studded finale can also expect to see former coach Gwen Stefani returning to the stage for a “Slow Clap” performance with rapper Saweetie.

Meanwhile, this season’s mega-mentor Snoop Dogg is bringing back track “Sittin on Blades” to viewers alongside DJ Battlecat. Blake Shelton will be performing “Minimum Wage”, while Kelsea Ballerini will perform her single “Half of My Hometown.” Kelsea had temporarily replaced Kelly Clarkson during Season 20.

Some of the biggest performances from the night, could be by Justin Bieber, who will deliver a mash-up version of his hugely popular tracks “Peaches” and “Hold On.”

Additionally, fans of The Voice can expect each of the four judges- Blake Shelton, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and the recently injured Nick Jonas – sharing the stage for duets with their respective finalists.

The Voice Season 20 will air its highly anticipated two-part finale on NBC across Monday, May 24, and Tuesday, May 25, with episodes starting each day at 8:00 p.m. ET. After the finale, The Voice may be gone for a while since the network will possibly shift to one cycle per year in the future.
