A flawless rendition of ‘Dynamite’

Global sensation BTS performed ‘ Dynamite’ last night on America’s Got Talent. The episode is the second of America’s Got Talent’s semi-finals results shows, which determines five acts will move to the finals for the top 10 competition.  It was aired last night on 16th September, Wednesday on NBC. #BTSonAGT has been a trending hashtag for quite a long time. This flawless rendition of ‘ Dynamite’ left the fans smitten even this time. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and V made sure to include almost all the elements from the Judges panel to the logo of  America’s Got Talent in their video. Similar to their music video, the K-Pop band brought back the 70’s vibe. Their attires were casual-chic just as in the 70s. They performed outdoors in an amusement park setting. They also included a vintage movie theater, a gas station, and a restaurant in their performance.

 K-pop stars made a path-breaking record with ‘ Dynamite’  their first English single. It is the most viewed and the most commented song on Youtube at present. BTS group are the first South Korean artists to top the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. They are also on number 2 on Rolling Stone’s Top 100 songs chart and have remained in the  Top 10 of that chart. The band also performed ‘Dynamite’ at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards. The group performed for the very first time at a music event. They were nominated for multiple awards and won almost all of them.

Justin Bieber who is yet another Global icon was all praises for the BTS group on an exclusive interview with E! News. Bieber explained why BTS ‘ Dynamite’ is such a big deal He said, “ If anyone knows how to make history it’s BTS. The K-pop has been shattering records across the global music industry and  2020 is  shaping up to be a huge year.” He spilled the beans on how BTS considers the Korean language as a part of their art and Identity. He also added, “ The group knows that they don’t need to change who they are to reach fans. The mainstream K-Pop invasion is just the beginning.”
