5 Face Yoga Exercises For A Youthful Looking Skin

1- Smile and Pout out those fine lines

Step 1- Hold your lips together and smile till 5 counts.

Step 2- Change into a pout and hold it for another 5 counts. Do 10 sets daily to prevent fine lines around your lips.

2- Get Cheeky

Step 1- Take a big breath through your mouth and hold the air in your cheeks making a bullfrog face.

Step 2-Release after 10 seconds and repeat the steps four more times.

3- Forehead Regime

Step 1- Place both your hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline.

Step 2: Applying light pressure, gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead. Repeat the exercise 5 more times.

4- Neck

Step 1- With the head tilted back, place your fingers at the bottom of your neck and stroke the skin downwards by applying medium pressure.

Step 2- Bring the head back in position and repeat the exercise two more times.

5- Eyes

Step 1- Using your ring finger, move towards the inner corner of the under-eye in a tapping motion.

Step 2- Move towards the eyebrows by running your tips to the outer edge of your eye for a minute. Repeat the exercise two more times.

Exercise 2 –

Step 1- Form a V with your fingers and place them on your eyebrows.

Step 2- While applying pressure, look up the ceiling without tilting your head.

Step 3-Raise your lower eyelids to form a squint and blink.

Step 4- Relax and repeat five more times. Finish by squeezing your eyes shut for 10 seconds.
