At LEFToye, we aim to bring forward some healthy yet delicious food choices for you. And today we share with you a 5 ingredients avocado mint dressing that can be used for salads, sandwiches, dip, and also as a base to toss in your favourite pasta for making it a complete meal.
½ ripe avocado
1 cup Mint
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
1 clove of garlic
A dash of lemon
½ tsp Salt (as per taste)
½ cup water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process them till you reach the desired consistency.
P.S. As per your requirement you can adjust the consistency of the dressing by reducing/increasing the amount of water as needed.
